Anhydritec® has developed Gyvlon® EXCELIO® technology as a free flowing calcium sulphate screed and unique readymix solution that bridges the gap between self-smoothing compounds and bonded screeds. Thin Floor Construction Solution
EXCELIO® technology offers building designers a thin floor construction solution suitable for different build types, including domestic buildings. coming to only 8 mmb bonded. Bridging the gap between smoothing compounds and bonded screeds.
The solution is also coloured green to ensure correct product selection and provides a smooth level surface ready for floor coverings such as tiles or vinyl, while sporting all the benefits that you have come to expect from a Gyvlon screed product.

EXCELIO® is suitable for large areas and makes up for any levelling defects from 8 mm, while helping save material with up to a 70% reduction in screed thickness.
EXCELIO® is bonded directly after preparation and priming of the substrate. Installation time is reduced by up to 100% thanks to the removal of bag handling and site mixing, improving speed and helping cover large floor areas during application.
